We 2 friends arrived at mumbai air port terminal 1B on 22feb at 4.00 am. Our flight was at 6.25 am to hyderabad, but in the airport, ther was no display in tv monitor and above the boarding pass issueing counter, regarding this hyd flight & the go-air personals also not aware about this flight departure, by the by while waiting to listen the announcement for this flight and seaching for this go-air station manager it was time 5.55 am, i.e till 30 min left for depature. Then the go-air station manager appeared and told the all the passengers that they can not board in the flight, as they are late. There were around 30 pasengers who were suffered, they were form different route- mum-goa, mum-hyd, mum-del.
Now pls suggest me how to highlight this irresponsibility and negligence of station manager towards the passengers to the go air authority, I tried to highlight this matter through their customer support, but they are also similar to the station manager of go-air.
