I had ordered for GOAL 2005 (English Movie VCD) on 22 Aug. The Payment for the same has been received by times group on 14th Sep 2009. The Product was verified on 14th Itself. As per their rules the shipping time is 6 days from the date of verification. Today is 23rd . 9 days has been passed but the product has not been shipped by them. The customer support team even does not reply the mails.
