They are not picking up the calls for booking of cylinder, they always kept the receiver aside whenever anyone wants to place the booking for cylinder on phone they are not picking up the phone at all. They deliberately puts all the three numbers busy and this is happenning for last 6 months and we have to go personally to book the cylinder. Again one of that three numbers is a emergency number and still they always kept it engage. It's a very serious problem and we hope that you will take care of this as early as possible.
