DIspaly panel to be changed, AC not working

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased my AC on 20 May. The display PCB of my AC is not working. I made complaint on 14-Apr-09 with complaint no-266818 & on 28-Apr-09 with complaint No-269773. During the complaint my AC was in warranty. The serviceman came & told that diplay PCB to be changed, but ot is not in stock. After that I am constantly chasing them & customercare also but evrytime they say it is not in stock. It is more than 50 days. Now it is the top of summers & I am facing much problem. Please sort it.
