Godrej Frost Free Refrigerator not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Godrej-Frost Free-eon 282 litres-gfe-30 DZ-sl W Red, Sl. No. 902220564 vide Article code/EAN Code. 490500688 dated 03/04 from RDRL, Jyothi Acopolis, H.No. 1-7-43/220, 221, 236 & 237, Mahesh Nagar, ECIL; Post, Hyderabad-500062.

I paid the amount of Rs 19790.00 for the fridge on 03/04 vide cash memo-Retail Invoice Plu# 490500688.

The Item was delivered to me on 04/04, in packed condition vide Delivery note no 80440448 from the branch office RDRL Hyderabad distribution center IDA Uppal, Plot No. 9. Block No.3, Andhra Pradesh 500039, Tin no. 28136466307, CST No. 24136466307.

The fridge was Installed by a technician Mr. Vidya Shekar on 06/04 by a technician of Reliance Digital Retail Limited authorised service center (ph no 040-44722222).

On 22/04 after a gap of 16 days the Fridge stopped working and i lodge a comlain with the RDRL service center at sikh village, Secunderabd vide complain no 40022235 and the same technician Mr Vidya Shekar attended to the complain on 23/4a technician. While the technician was cheking the fault he broke the top glass of the vegetable tray and then came to conclusion that the Thrmostat Valve became unserviceable due to which the fridge is not working and he left the place telling that their mechanic will come the next day and replace the Thermostat Valve and also replace the broken glass.

I wish the the RDRL Hyderabad Distribution center take note of my complain seriously including the lapse of the technician (wether trained or untrained) and immediately either Replace the Fridge or get it thouroughly checked by an expert enigineer of the Godrej Appliance service center and give justice to me being a faithful customer of RDRL.
