No replacement of the refrigirato

Sir,

i bought a freez from dealer of company godrej with trust, but unfortunately the freez facing problem from first...!

the service man repair it like 9 to 10 times, but repeatetly the same problem occurs, and now the warrnty periode also about to gone, but the dealer not replacing it!!! ]

I ALSO CASE AGAINST THE DEALER IN CONSUMER COURT. BUT THERE IS NO REPLY GOT
