Again I got one more advocate notice regarding the o/s. I have already settled my account on June 25 it self. How one customer have two account number and if you r threatening the customer like this. Anyway your representative has approached us for cooperate connection and they will conduct a general meeting on 25/9. In this I shall explain my experience with Airtel in front of all staff members

I have contacted your call centre as well as your local airtel offices for my final settlement. Everybody is telling that my final balance is Rs.767.

If it is correct, pls contact my mob no :09946104512 and I shall make the payment on the sameday itself.

I would like to know your call centre number also.(not 121).

I am awaiting for your reply for the same and I have got very nice experience and service from Airtel except the last three months GPRS issue (this matter I have already conveyed your call centre and they had void the charges also).
