Gas charging yet to be done after collecting full cash on 10 th june

Sir,

Our efforts to get the compressor chraged with gas (refrigerant) through your call centre Telephone number 04426521272 were in vain (refer complaint no.108494). One Mr. Selvam, your service representative came and collected cash of Rs.1850/= thru service ordr no.108494 on 10 th of june. promising that the work will be done on or before 12-6. We also spoke to Mr. Rajagopal thru 04422313745 on 13 th of junbe 2008 and he promised that the complaint will be attended to before 14.00 hours on 14-6. We applied leave to office and waited on 13-6. Nobody turned up. The call centre people informed us that the complaint will be attended on 14-6 even though it is a sunday. Today they are telling that the case may be attended on 15-6. The cell number of Mr. Rajagopal 9841696699 is getting switched off message through out our efforts. Hence we are constrained to file a case in the consumer forum for deficiency in service by Godrej. We look forward to your email reply or a call to 9444400476 or 04424901414 failing which we may prefer to lodge the case on 15-6.
