Not received the free gifts

I bought a Microwave oven frm Dass Electronics on 3rd November. As promised I was supposed to receive one Dinning Set and Glass ware set as free gifts. I was not delivered the gifts at the time of purchase with a promise that I will be delivered the gifts within 2 weeks of purchase. I have not received any call from the store regarding the gifts.
