Wrongly misguided by Mr Anand Ashish on telephone

It was understood that Mr Anand Ashish of Homeshop18 who called me on my wife"s cell no 9920125424 stating that good offer on convection oven is available with us for 40% of the market price on Godrej Microwave convection oven, inspite of repeatedly asking what is the MRP but he didnt informed MRP, and he remained confirmed by stating that you will get 40% discount after you receive the product. and he charged an amount of Rs 7090/- (After discounting the voucher of Rs 500/- i.e. 7590 - 500 =7090) After receiving the product it was observed that actual MRP printed on the Box of the product shown is Rs 7990/- that means only Rs 400/-was discounted by you. While in the market the same product was sold at the very less price. Since the wrong information was provided & cheated by your sales exicutive on the phone, we request you to take back the product as possible since 12 days have been passed (product received on 24/12/08) After 15 days if the product is not taken back from your side we will approach consumer court demanding for refund of money and cheating /false information.
