Godrej pentacool refrigerator
Godrej has poor quality conrol

I bought godrej pentacool refrigerator in late 2006.our family is old customer of godre in case of refrigerators "godrej" is always the first choice.but this time we feel "cheated" and "betrayed" by the product.the refrigerator has broken down dozens of time in last 2 years.there is no proper cooling in refrigerator but freezer is good.at times it suddenly stops cooling leading to staling and rottening of stuff inside.i request the company to look into the matter and if product itself is not upto the mark then please take it away from the market so that others are not cheated.i am also considering to lodge a case with "consumer forum" regarding this matter as i have come to know that product itself was a failure but then also it was launched in the market.
