Lost of important document

I have to complain against two consignments made from muzaffarpur to Gorakhpur by GOODLUCK COURIER on 23/05/08 & 24/05/08 having recipt no.209884 & 209899 resp.

Consignor was Badri Prasad Kedar Nath, Muzaffarpur & consignee was Triveni Enginnering & Ind. Ltd, Gorakhpur. Till today i.e a month from my consignment, i haven't got my envelop delivered/returned back to muzaffarpur. I have complained a no.of times to Muzaffarpur Goodluck office but they are just ignoring me & passing the time. What should I do? Should I never trust this courier? Please look after the matter & manage to return me back my envelop containing important documents of sales-tax. Thank You...
