Fwd: Tube less Tyre complaint- Replacement

I brought a new Palio car from RF Motors. After 5 days while I was

driving through the NH 47 in Ernakulam, Cochin the car passes through

a gutter, the left side front tube less tyre bursted. I showed the

tyre in RF Motors. They gave me a complint slip and I showed it in

your godown at Vyttila. After 4 days I enquired about the replacement

the service engineer was simply saying that the side wall of the tyre

is soft and the damage in the side wall can not be considered for

replacement.

I have a question about this insidence that why you are making this

type of tyres to cheat the coustmers. There is no road in India with

out gutter. How we can use this type of tyres in vechile.

I am requesting you to reconsider the issue and allow me to get a

replacement otherwise I shall forced to appear before consumer court.
