Google adsense
My account is not activated from last one month

I have fill the form for my google adsense account and then a confirmation mail receved by me and comifirmed my account then a message appears when i want to log into my account that "your account will be activated in one week" but it have not activated.

I have wauted one month for activation but when it's not I came here
