Googlecashcow sentme a virus infested cd

Sir,

I got attracted to googlecashcow ad and subscribed it by paying 1470/-only. Its office is in colaba mumbai. When I inserted the cd my system was corrupted and I have to go service centre and paid 350/-towards service charges. Googlecash cow never answered my phone calls. Now I want my money back as they guaranteed. So I request your intervention in this regard.
