Googlecashkey is no key for cash

I paid thru CC and subscribed for googlecashkey package . i did receive the ebook which i downloaded in the cybercafe.. but the cybercafe computer was formatted and so my ebook was lost. now that i bought a LAPTOP to work from home i am unable to download the ebook again. i tried to contact support@googlecashkey.com but the mail get returned sayiong delivery failure.. thats means they dont exist and every1 who purchased have been cheated, you cannot even log on to the website and cannot be found.. waht do i do now.. how do i get my money back.. can i complain to any1 else to get my money refunded... please help its my hard earned money and i paid $29.5 that a lot for me as my monthly salry rite now is RS 8000.. help!!!
