Google Cash Key
NON FUNCIONING OF CASH KEY SITE, USER ID & PASSWORD

Dear Sir,

It's highly painful and disgusting to observe that a company like google is presently not bothered to provide customer support and satisfaction. I had become a member of Google Cash Key after paying Rs1250/-.I'd received a CD-ROM with an ID&-quot;sign 136"(Written by hand). After opening the e-book once I could come to know about the password. Well that was the first and unfortunately the last when the book was opened. There after all efforts of accessing the site including the link sent by you through mail went in vein. Google maintained a courtesy to show a message -Address is misspelt. I request to initiate a corrective measure immediately other wise the people like me who all are facing this type of troubles will start thinking you nothing else than a thief.

I hope Google won't allow us to draw such inference.
