Hi sir

i take the 600kpbs plan .last 20 days its working fine .5 days back it is disconnected .actually we take static ip plan they don't give any user id and password.my service order no.ombb200805233321476.i call the coustmercare but they are not response.then i call the directly technical people .they have noresponce. please solve my problem as early as possible.
