Dear sir,

I had drop the job from gourima accessoires on 31.03.2006 (Account no. HR/27311/129) & i had applied for withdrawal of provident fund on 21.09.2007 but no money is received by provident office till 13.08.2008 then officer had asked to me to please deposited the re-form of withdrawals of provident fund then we had deposited the form on 19.08.2008 but till date we request to check it your end & send the payment by ECS by our account no. 10232151001286 in OBC, potoudi chowk, Gurgaon
