Voter ID cards

Sir,

We applied for the voter ID cards but we didn't get the same and we went and ask the nearby office regarding this they are telling that our names are there in the list but cards are not available and they are telling us the booth no also. They are suspecting some body has taken our ID cards. What should we do?

Suggest me the solution and this is how our government people are working in India!
