Non availability of money in SBI ATM Sambra Belgaum

Sir,
I am Defence employee and also a customer of SBI sambra Belgaum, due to official assignment I am not able to visit SBI office during working hour hence visiting to SBI ATM. But since more then 10 days i am not able to withdraw fund from ATM account due non availability of fund and local SBI authority also not taking this pronblem seriously.
