Cash/Recept not received but ammount deducted

With due respect I would like to infrom you that I want to withdraw Rs.500/-from the ATM of United Bank Of India, Near Serampur Railway station on 25.03.09at about10.30am, and I was performed all the formalities to withdraw the same ammount. But at last the Screen of the ATM showed that 'Your transection time is out and transection is cancelled. I was not given any money or slip for the transection. But when I updated My passbook it is seen that Rs. 500/-is being withdrawn for the said transection No.4213684016012458/90840441.

Therefore, I request you to kindly look in to the matter seriously to settle the case of Rs.500/-and make and arrangement to deposit the same ammount in my SB A/C No.401602010163742 Union Bank of India, Camac Street Branch, calcutta in the name of kajal kumar deb I have given application branch manager of United Bank Of India, Near Serampur Railway station, and also copy given to Union Bank of India, Camac Street Branch, calcutta.
