Rash Driving

This happened today, as I was heading towards Akulam Over bridge by my bike with wife. I was in my correct lane towards left side. There was a Black Mahendra LOGAN Car (KL 01 BB 1170) coming from back side side. The car was overtaking me by just touching me and I slowed down and moved still left side and finally out of the road. However, The driver never tried to control of the car. I was about to fall but managed myself some how. There was one more person in the car. I catched the driver and scolded him for rash driving but he started arguing that it was not his fault. The Car driver was not ready to accept his fault. Kindly take strict actions against the driver and the car owner as this kind of situations may lead to accidents in future. Following are the details of the car.
