Detail present position of Police No.440894096 dtd 28/3/98

Dear Sir,

After various time request to my LIC Agent, he had not continue my police as no shown in above. after requesting to Field manager there had been no result about it. My policy was money back police.

Nmae of the D.M.No.81901. BOC No.4734 dtd 31/3/98 at Jorhat Branch, Assam.

After getting primium receipt No., 080841 dtd 6/12/98 I have not get any receipt.

I want to my best profit from this police, If not possible I want thto present position of the police. and what will be my further course of action.
