Non receipt of Income Tax refund

Dear Sir,

I filed my income tax return for the financial year 07 (Assessment Year 08) in circle No. 40 (1) Mayur Bhawan, Connaught Place New Delhi vide receipt No. 750408 dated 13.7.2007 for a refund of Rs. 13605/-. On 8.8.2008 I visited the income tax office to know the status of my refund application and came to know that it has not been processed. The Income tax officer asked me to give a copy of the return to which I complied. I visited again the income tax office in the month of December and came to know that my refund has still not been processed. I again handed over a copy of my application to the concerned officer. Since then I had been visiting the office of income tax every month but so for no action has been taken by the Income Tax Officer on my Income tax return and I have not received my refund till date. I shall be grateful if you could help me to get my refund and oblige.
