Not receiving free gprs

Dear sir,
Its 14 days left of my new airtel connection but till i am not receiving my free 2 gb gprs. When i call to airtel gprs help line then everybody suggest me to wait for 2 days, 3 days. But still i am having problame with free 2 gb gprs from airtel. I have two complaint no also which is given by airtel gprs help line. No 1 Is 37412100, 2nd is 2032246111400.My mobile no is 918011296865.
I hope that this metter will be solve verry soon. Thank you
