Replacement Issue

When I purchased Grip Duffel Trolley, who is in charge of that shop fellow has told to me .on this product if will get any damage in a year "you will get brand new one". that's why i purchased from there that product.after two months unfortunately its happened some stitching problem .then i went there and talk to them .they are told to me now u can go with this old product we will contact u as soon as, then you will get brand new one.from there started problem.they are lagged 2 months ND after that they told to me .they cant give me brand new product and all.if want they will services old product and give me back like that they are told to me... when i planning to purchase bag, why i should i purchase from there . i thought will get good product and service from there.and one of manager ND sales man are mis behaved to me .we are not expecting from Realice.i hope you people will contact me as soon as.
