Sir,

I am waiting for the response from long time, my husband is in severe problem and we are financially poor. please help me to give me the status of his PF.

When are you releasing his PF.

Dear Sir,

My husband, Mr. Sunoo Nijhawan, wants to withdraw his provident fund on urgent basis. He met with major accident and injured with spinal code.

On 23rd April’ he fallen down from 2nd floor at around 12:30am. And was admitted in Metro Hospital for atleast 10-11 days. He was been operated for spinal code fracture. He is on bed rest for another 6 month because of his legs are not moving and senseless.

I would request you to please accept this application and release his PF asap.

Hope, you may understand his position and cooperate at your best. If needed, you may enquire from Metro Hospital also.
