With humbly submission I am having Credit Card No 4477468655785009. of your Bank. I had already deposited the outstanding including Bank Pick up charges in the month of April, because I do not require Credit Card issued by you. Now I am surprised to receive the statement of account for the month of June showing the balance of Rs.450/- approximately. Since I had paid all the outstanding balance as desired by you.

So in view of the above, you are very kindly requested to please look into the matter personally and waive all the amount shown by you in the statement of account under intimation to me.
