I had purchased GSM E-250 mobile phone on 1st Nov. at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. The mobile had suddenly stopped displaying and there was no ring tone. The problem was brought to the notice of your dealer who suggested us to report in your service center at Palampur. I was not satisfied by your person at Palampur and his behaviour was not good which is bringing bad name to your esteemed company. I also called in your service helpline who asked me to go again to Palampur which is about 50 KM from here. I have already spent around 500/- in going to Palampur and Dharamshala and having mental harrassment. Ultimately I have to move to the consumer court at Dharamshala.
