Lost of Mobile with Sim

I have lost my mobile on 30/04 at muzaffarpur junction. I have given an written complaint to Incharge Rail thana, Muzaffarpur junction on 02/05 alongwith a photo copy of receipt of sim no.8991364500000303892 provided to me, but I have not been provided a copy of FIR for the reason best known the rail thana, muzaffarpur. They are calling me time and again for one pretext or another. I have gone to the distributor of reliance gsm at muzaffarpur, but they denied to block my sim. I don't think that why a person will approach to block the sim to another person without a valid paper.

therefore i request to block my above sim no.to avoid misuse of my sim with ulterior motive.
