Respected Sir,
I am a new user of the Airtel and faces a lot of problem regarding the services given by the companies. The present complain is about the GPRS system which is enabled in my mobile no 91 9801133443. I had requeted for GPRS facility & it is activated in the month of august & Rs. 249 is deducted from my account but yet i have not received the GPRS setting. My service of getting connected with customer care executive is also bar. So its create lots of peoblem to me. I reside at Muzaffarpur (BIHAR) & I daily eun to your office located in kalyani (Muzaffarur) but my problem is remain in same state. So here the statement is that the money which I pay is to use the service and when I Do not use the serice or the product given by then it should not be chareged. It does not justify the word Prepaid Connection. When So I need some suggestion what to do?
