Gsm RIM sim
Failing of registration of sim

Espected sir, i have taken the rim GSM sim from your RIM telecommunication brij vihar ghaziabad center before 15 . i have submitted my all the documents which are necessary. after taking the sim i have just made 1 call from that but after 2-4 hours it start indicating THAT INSERT THE SIM i have tried for so many times but could not get the result i have immediately inform to rim center from where i have taken the sim but he denied that i am not responsible for that i will not help you any more he just refused to change the sim and anlso he is not aggre to return my amount. sir i want to know that whethwr i have the right to register a complain in consumer court or not pl help me this times
