Defective Shoe

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoe from G S Pavilion,

Karol Bagh, Delhi (Franchisee of Reebok India Ltd.) on 25th Dec via cash memo no.2272 For Rs. 2299/-.

I found that the sole of the left shoe below the toe was broken. So I made

a complaint with the shop and they took the shoe with the original cash

memo and gave me another receipt no. 809 dated 4th Jan. They asked

me to inquire after one week. I went to them on 20th Jan and they

returned me the same shoe with same defect without doing anything to it.

When I tried to show them the defect in the shoe, they refused to listen

to me. I left the shoe with them and came back with the reciept.

Consequences: I lost my money (Rs. 2299/-)

I have to bear pain of going to morning walk without my sport shoe.
