Eserve seats by puting napkins from window

My complain is that when bus arrives to bus depot, then passenger reserve there seats by puting there napkins on the seat from window and when the person who go into the bus with huge rush then seats are already reserve by the way of putting napkins from the out side, So dear sir, this is not fare that one person who get into the bus with very difficulties and the person who standing out side only putting their napkins he says that this seat is mine just because of putting their napkin.

So sir, many old persons, ladies and childrens suffer to this type of think so sir i request you to kindly look after this type of matter I mean that the conductor should stop them to do so
