Bus left 15 min advance in time from bus station

I am a female and had booked an online ticket on gsrtc website for travel from nehrunagar, ahmedabad to baroda. The bus departure was scheduled at 6:30pm but it departed from nehrunagar station at 6:15 pm. My relative who had come to see me off from vastrapur had reached much ahead in time and he is an eye-witness of the same. When I reached the station, the person at the counter told me that the next bus is at 7:00pm and the earlier one departed on time, its time was 6:15pm!! his argument was that the bus timing at 6:30 is from geetanagar bus stop. But my ticket says that my boarding at 6:30pm is from nehrunagar. I felt cheated. But had no other alternative, had to purchase another ticket for 7:00 pm bus!!

the trip details are attached below for kind reference. I want my rs 192 back, with a message to the gsrtc guys that they cannot fool the general public.
