Complain about service

Sir,

i do regular updown at from sarkej to gandhinagar. The semilow floor buses drivers and conductors donot open the back doors given for the entry, hence there is always rush at the front door, i dont understand why the facility provided not been utilized in good of public. More over the behivour of drivers and conductors is rediculous towards the pass holders, the think we come in free, they dont understand the gsrtc in advance. Recently i had a very bad experince in bus (semi low floor) routed sec-28/29 to sarkhej on 13/7 from pathika at 6'o clock evening the bus driver and conductor both behaved in very bad manner and the case was only that i asked to open the back doors so that public can enter in bus easily, they refused and said bad words, then after bording on bus i showed my pass still they misbehaved. Even though i have complained many times to st.depot manager at gandhinagar there is no action taken.

sir, pls take quick action and take action on the driver and conductor of bus described above...
