I have booked ticket online, my transaction got failed. But the amount has been deducted and successfully transferred to GSRTC account. But they are denying. I also have confirmed from ICICI bank. and they have confirmed for successful transaction.

I have booked on line ticked for sleeper class for three persons from vadodara to Junagadh (02 person), and vadodara to Rajkot (01) person, But at the time of travel, the bus was of Express bus . when i have asked to refund the difference amount. No reply from GSRTC.

I request you to help me how to fight with GSRTC. who is cheating with passengers.
