Interest Charges

Dear Sir,

It is my practice to pay the Bills in Advance which can be varified at

your end. Except for bill dated 03.02.2010 (Billing period 21.11.2009

to 20.01.2010) which was partly paid (neraly 75 % of Bill amount was

lying credit in my account) and unpoaid amount was only Rs 148 for which

GGCL has charged more than 34% interest on a monthly basis!

By this incidence I have observed that GGCL has no value of Customer's

loyalty, Interest / penuly is applicable for the customer who are

regularly paing late not customer like me. In last 7 years you can check

that I have paid in advance in lump-sum amount. In the bill stated above

due to over sight I have not paid for that you have charged 34% more as

interest.

Pl revert the charges debited to account I you have value of laoyalty of

customer who is regularly paying in advance since last 7 years.
