Non refund of deposit

I have given a deposit of Rs.2.0 lacs to the above company towards super stockist of thier products in A.P.As agreed they could't appoint feild staff for marketing. After discussions with them over phone, all the stock has been sent to them through transport, on recceipt of the stock the deposit amount to be returned to me. All this happened in the month of Feb'09.after that Mr. Mohanty, proprieter told me that account will be settled in a months time. But now they are not lifting the phone.

Please advise how to get my money back.
