Refund of fare

I have book advance reservation ticket from Ahemedabad To Bhavnagar for the date 10.09.2011 st 21.00 hrs from bhavnagr st depot. I have waited for 3.30 hrs. at Ahemedabad central bus station with my wife & two small chikdren in very changelling condition at bus depot of Gitamandir. I have talked with the officer then he told me that why you have booked the ticket, you have to catch the seat any other bus & if possible than we will permit you, & if you dont want to travel then you have to collect the refund from bhavnagar, i have contact bhavnagar office then they told me to collect sane fron the ahenedabad offiece 170 kn away fron bhavnagar. till i have not received fare & satisfactiry responce from govt. officer.
