Non Delivery of Consignment at given time

I booked a consignment through blue dart courier services. I had an urgent need of it on next day. As I given an assurance to deliver it on next day they booked it on 03.10.08 at 7:20 PM. but the same is not delivered on next day and I suffered from loss due to it. The consignment no is 12210960020 from Gurgaon to Vapi. It would not be delivered till today 10:30AM. I want that Blue dart will penalized on it. Also I got worst behaviour from customer care side.
