PCC not cleared on my Son Passport

Dear Sir,

My Son Master Mohammed Mubbashir Shariff holder of Indian Passport No. E6713951 issued at Hyderabad on 17.10.2003. Since 07.01.2004 he continuously staying with me at Muscat.

On expiring his passport date i.e. 16.10.08 we applied new passport at Embassy of India, Muscat but they refused to give new passport saying that his PCC was not done at the time passport was issued on 17.10.03 and also they are saying that in PCC column it shows "ADVERSE".

I request your goodselves to clear the "ADVERSE" from his passport so that Embassy of India, Muscat can issue new passport immediately.

For your information my Son age is 5 years 2 months as on 20.11.08.

Please treat this as urgent.
