Dear Sir/Madam,
I had paid my bill amount of Rs.1615, by cash on saturday, 6th of December (Ref: receipt no:1362863) at 2 p.m. to Mr. Rakesh kumar from RMS Superson Services. The same day by call to miss Manisha of same company (cell no:9987574908) I had got started my outgoings call which are not working... I had confirmed with her that whether she informed the main company i.e. You regarding my payments...
But on 10th December your Company had cut down my both outgoing & incoming services... is it possible???
After that I had tried to contact the same lady from my another cell, but she was not attending my calls, after 40 attempt, I had tried her from PCO on the same no, she had immediately pick up the phone, I had tried to put my complaint in front of her, then she assured me that she will get started my line with in 3 hrs.
After 3 hrs I again called on the same no: 9987574908 from PCO, another lady pick up the call & saying that the lady was attending you is on Holiday today, then after she said no she has gone half a day today... I asked her fro same complaint to get started my number... She assured me that it will start with in an hour...
But after an hour when again I am trying from my another cell, she had done the same thing of not attending my calls...
Is it the way you teach your vendor to take "CUSTOMER CARE"???
I think the payment received from me is not still received to your office...
So please guide me what can I do now???
I hope you will take very stronger action against miss Manisha & RMS Superson Services...
