Delaying to avail new gas connection

I applied in the month of November for new connection. He took more than 2 months for completing formalities availing me this new connecting on behalf of the reason that stationary is not available.

He enforced me to pay for stove, apron, gas lighter, etc. though I was not willing to purchase it again. I paid him demanded amount around Rs.4300/- on 26th December against commitment that he will deliver stove and gas cylinder on next morning. I was too needed to oppose him.

As of 6th January he didn’t delivered stove and gas cylinder; it is not affordable to visit hotels every day.

I tried to calling 020-66239822/64014313 this phone numbers several times but they do not pick up the phone call. To visit their office is the only way even it if is not possible very frequently. After visiting their office they just commit, “our person is in your area; by the end of day he will deliver it”
