Missing of trips by DTC

There are only 2 trips operated by DTC from Gurgaon (Sector 56, Kendriya Vihar point) to Delhi (Safdarjang Terminal) at 0740 hrs and 0800 hrs. DTC buses with registration No.s 2832 & 2828 are allocated for these trips. For the last 2 weeks these buses do not turn up or by mistake even when they turn up, they break down on the way or break down at the starting point itself.

These buses cater for East Gurgaon residents in Kendriya Vihar and other residents in around East Gurgaon with in a radious of 6-7 Kms. I normally come by own car to catch this bus from a distance of 5 Kms. Like me there are as many as 20 persons who come on their own vehicles to board this bus. In the absence of these buses we are put to a lot of inconveniances as there is no other public transport facility to go to Delhi where our offices are located. We will be grateful if these trips are restored and atleast one reliable bus which does not break so frequently is provided. Thank you.
