Haldwani indane gas agency
Irresposible behavior by public servants

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your kind notice that the staff at your haldwani gas agency are most irresposible i have ever seen in my life.

I have applied for TV gas connection since July'08 (transferred from Gurgaon) but still nothing has been done.

While applying they had asked me to bring the confirmation letter from last agency, so i sent the letter at my own whereas this is th eresposibility of agency at which i am applying.

Instead of repeated folowups this letter has not reached to the agency.

So, i asked for confirmation through fax / scan copy, at last i brought the scan copy but now when i reached with scan copy they are saying that we do not have stationary to do the proceedings so come some days later.

I went there after 2 days now they are saying that we have not received the stationary yet so come after some days but before coming make us a call & they have given me contact nos. 09412506983 & 05944254383 but when in am dialing these nos. either no. is not in use or error in connection is coming.

Already 2 months are over but i have not received any response from your agency.

This is only the one case which i am registering here, there are so many similar cases some of them are :

1) gas agency people are selling the filled gas cylinders in black out side the agency through some channel you can come & buy for Rs.600 - 700 .

2) Gas agency staff are selling even the indane cylinders at Rs. 2500 - 3000 .

3) Gas agency staff are selling the regulators at higher prices outside in the market whereas the people who are getting connections are asked that we do not have regulators.

etc...

Kindly do some thing to avoid this kind of acts.
