CONVERTING SIMBASE TO SIM LESS BASE

Sir,

I am regular user from last 3 year my mob no 9370123593, which is sim base, my mob bill per month is around Rs1400/- per month. due to my handset problem, i want to change my handset. we r releiance family as my brother and sister r having releiance no with them.few month my sister has change his handset, her handset was simless.

sir my complain is that i want to transfer my mobile no from simbase to simless . but from two month i visit regularly to your webworld to convert my mobile to simless base, every time i am geting negative answer,

sir both the mobile is of releiance company and the software is yours only

sir if above problem is not solve i will surrender my nomber and withdrawn urs service
