Joy stick replaced now display blank

Sir/Madam

I have purchased N73 handset on 04/02/08 IMEI no-358973011845431 .In the month of JUN 08 Vashi serivice centre has charcged Rs 1180 for Joy stick replacemennt and service in warrenty piriod. Now on 11/08/08 I have gien same handset for service for display blank job sheet no-394434038/080811/17 at nokia care vashi they are going to charge RS2913 but till date they have not repaired and no one is attendig my voice call & no Email reply. I am really hareshed by this service centre.

I request you to Pls help me and take necessary action.
