Handsfree hs-31
Not giving the good quality of handsfree

I have purchased nokia n72 on date 30/06 from hotspot vikas marg.

after two months by handsfree hs-31 was not working properly so i have submitted it on 22/08 on the star communication, dilshad garden

they gave me customer copy job sheet no.2135

now, after one month they are giving hs-23 model which is of very poor sound quality as compared to hs-31.they have gave me in written that they are not having even single piece of hs-31.

we only want hs-31 or any other handsfree but it should be of very good sound quality as hs-31 was.

"i will not accept any other low quality lead otherwise give me the same i had submitted."

plz deliever the hs-31 model at my home address within the 10 days.

"if its not delievered by the date 30/09 i will registered the case in the consumer court on the next day of limiting period and only your conpany will be responsible for all the consequences"
